Alarm list every week
Alarms are sorted into A, B and C per site with date and time. The list arrives by email on Mondays, or whenever you like.
Larmappen sorts the alarms from your building controllers by importance, so nothing critical is left waiting.
Add your controllers once. The details are stored encrypted and everyone in the team sees the same sites, but each person connects with their own VPN file.
Larmappen builds on the alarm emails you already receive. Nothing new to install in the controllers.

Heat pumps, expansion tanks and other critical alarms are recognised and sent as a phone notification or email as soon as they arrive.
Acknowledged alarms are marked automatically. Anything left unacknowledged for more than five days goes on its own action list.
Add your controllers once. The details are stored encrypted, and everyone in the team sees the same sites. To connect, each person needs their own VPN file, which stays on their own computer.
See which alarms keep toggling, how long acknowledgement takes and which sites alarm the most.
Invite colleagues with a personal code. Everyone sees the same list and can rename alarms, change class and leave notes.
From connecting to sorting to acknowledging. Three steps, and then you work from the list.
Larmappen reads the alarms through an SMTP relay, an email copy or straight from the company mailbox.
Import the controller backup so alarms are classed correctly from the start. Unknown alarms are flagged so they can be named.
Get the weekly list on Monday morning, notifications for critical alarms and a clear view of what is left to fix.
With the desktop app, controller web interfaces open in tabs next to the alarm list. The app handles the VPN connection, and profiles and passwords are stored only on your own computer.
Larmappen gives access to controllers in buildings, so security is not optional. This page shows what we offer; the app itself is only open to invited users.
With Larmappen for Windows, VPN profiles and passwords are stored only on your own computer, encrypted by Windows. Profiles stored in the cloud are encrypted with AES-256.
No open sign-up. An administrator invites with a personal code that works once, for seven days, for a single email address.
If someone signs in to your account from a new computer or phone, you get an email right away. One click signs out all devices.
Sign-ins, invites, role changes and VPN connections are logged. The administrator sees everything in an admin panel and can export the log.
Sign-in with a password, and every fourteen days the account is confirmed with a link by email. A stolen password does not last long.
Every company has its own team. The server checks membership on every request, so no one sees another company's alarms or sites.
